FAQ

  • Pets are welcome in the garden area as long as they are leashed and supervised at all times. We do not allow pet-related events unless they are specifically designed to support animal healing (rather than using animals for human healing).

  • Yes, we have designed Sol House to be rent separately according to your needs.

    You may rent 2nd floor, the Collective Healing Space. Or the 1st floor, Ice Bath Yard separately with Moonzpell Studio.

  • Parking is very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend using public transportation whenever possible. For events, one parking space may be reserved for the organizer, but we cannot guarantee parking for all participants.

  • Casual, respectful photo-taking is welcome in our garden, as long as it doesn’t disrupt others’ peace. Tourists often enjoy taking candid photos here. However, commercial photoshoots—such as for personal branding or product promotion—require prior approval.

  • We currently do not offer catering. You’re welcome to bring in outside food and drinks free of charge. If you’d like to use our dining area or eating utilities, a small facilities usage fee may apply.
